« This place is so cute! It's clean and well stocked. All the appliances are new. The lanai is private and shaded. Shopping, restaurants and gas are all just a minute drive away but you feel further removed. There is a bin full of beach necessities; chairs, boogie boards, noodles and more. Management was fantastic from start to finish. We didn't use the pool but walked by. It has plenty of lounge chairs and is well cared for. »

« Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Kona. Perfect location, walking distance to the ocean, restaurants, and tennis! The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed to include beach chairs and umbrella. The kitchen had plenty of condiments. The owner was a great communicator, and quickly answered all of our questions. We lived out on the lanai - great view! I would highly recommend this location for a perfect Big Island vacation! »

« My husband and I enjoyed our stay on this property. This is our 2nd visit here but first time in 1602.Wounder full place with everything we can ask for was available. My husband is an avid golfer, and we all had a great time watching the par 3 12th hole. Our daughter and son-in-law with our 2 grandkids also love the perfect views and privacy tucked away. We plan to visit again »
