'Perfectly located with views to the Bay, great shopping options including shopping centre with a large department store and quality restaurants, including a wonderful vegan/vegetarian restaurant within 5 ma walk. The room was spotless, the bed linen white and crisp and plugs for electronic appliances located on headrest. Light switches within easy reach once in bed and lots of natural light which could be controlled with double lights. Breakfast was adequate with a number of choices, from fruit...

'We were very welcome into Ha Long. The staff helped us to find a boat, where to eat and what to do to be efficient and benefit a maximum from our trip. They Even provided a discount for an extra Night because the prívate car did not show up to pick us Up to go back to Ha Noi. Perfect and I recommend very strongly.'

'Hotel was nog niet af. Hebben er niet eens in geslapen.'

'Lovely staff and great breakfast options that are included in the stay. Would highly recommend!!'

'Keurig hotel, op een leuke plek ver weg van Halong Bay kermis'

'Room was clean and nice plus very affordable. Located in the city center.'

'Clean room, helpful staff and family friendly facilities'

'Nice staff. Cannot use international credit card on that time. '

'The room was spacious and clean. I get the feeling this was once a beautiful hotel but is now dated and showing signs of neglect. The shower is a poor design that floods the bathroom. The cold water quit and we couldn’t flush the toilet. No restaurant. The staff were very nice. The price was reasonable. '

'We payed for a night in the bay, but a monsoon cancelled the overnight stay and the 2nd day on the boat. We were moved a hotel in Halong instead but this took several hours, once the Atheana manager turned up things improved but wasn't the 1st class experience we had paid for. I cant recommend it.'

'Grote kamer, goede Wi-Fi. Ontbijt was neer gericht op vietnamezen. '

'Amazing place with an astonishing view. The lady that escorted us to the room is very friendly and walks you through the place so you know where everything is. Great location for food and shopping. '

'Zeer vriendelijke, attente bemanning'

'The room was cute and had a fun vibe to it. The owner was very accommodating to our needs.'
