« The property was as listed, with a central location to all of the springs we were interested in checking out. The property was clean and quiet with a nice yard for our daughter to run around in. She loved the swing and rope swing in the backyard to play on! We will be back! »

« This was our third year coming for a 4 night family gathering from different parts of the country. The house suits are needs because you can’t beat the location right on a beautiful clear part of the river with lots of grass for games in the backyard. There are 10 of us with only 2,bathrooms and 3 bedrooms so it’s a bit tight for sleeping and one couple usually ends up sleeping on porch or living room with mattresses but no one complains because we’re on the river 80% of the time. « Overall the property was nice along with the cabin . The only issues we had were there were dead roaches when we walked in and we had to clean the porch and patio furniture. We realize it's in the woods but would have expected those areas to have cleaned before we arrived »

« This property was perfect for our group!!! It was clean, comfortable and we enjoyed coffee by the river each morning! Even saw an alligator swim by on one occasion. It rained pretty hard one night and we were concerned our car would get stuck at first, but it ended up being no problem. I would highly recommend this property as a wonderful getaway with plenty of privacy, but close enough for anything you need. »
