Cozy Cove Inn is located within Homer city limits in the beautiful quiet Crestview Estates, just a scenic two mile drive up onto Skyline Drive; about 5 miles from the spit. The Inn looks out over fields, Cape Douglas, Kachemak Bay State Park, and Kachemak Bay. Depending on the time of year, lupins are blooming, or bright fireweed with many other colorful wildflowers. During the summer, you can easily take a variety of walks; during colder months, you can go cross-country skiing right off the deck. Homer Alaska is filled with lots of wonderful outdoor activities.
The Main House is available year round as a private Vacation Rental. Couples enjoy it for a completely secluded, peaceful retreat. It is also nice for two couples, families, or a few friends gathering during special times. Enjoy the great room with high cathedral ceilings, rock wall and fireplace along with sunlit deck including bbq, outdoor dining, and adirondack chairs. You'll love the big, beautiful, well stocked kitchen with hickory cabinets and granite countertops. Next to that sits a large family sized oak dining table which can seat up to 12 persons (for those who rent The Whole House).
There is a total of two large bedrooms and six beds in The Main House. The master bedroom is furnished with a gorgeous Amish tempurpedic king size bed, dresser, large screen TV, entertainment center, and a big bathroom with jetted tub, shower, and separating door. Perfect for a couple but a twin aerobed can also be configured. The second floor bedroom has a remote control tempurpedic queen, two twin beds, a bathroom with shower and granite counter tops, along with entertainment center and love seat. Outside of that door in the loft is a nice quality twin Japanese futon. The Main House also has a laundry room with half bath. Plus a beautiful outdoor Scandinavian type sauna, and during the winter months you can park your car in the garage out of the cold.
