'I stayed at one bedroom apartment at Oros. The location was very convenient, walking distance from bus station and its 15 minutes walk from the famous Chadstone shopping center. Clean space, private gated parking in the basement, Kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and refrigerator. The only issued I had since I stayed over two weeks is the refrigerator which was pretty small for such long stay to store food. Heating system was perfect. Bathroom and laundry were...

'Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful'

'Room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. TV had many apps and allowed streaming from your own device so entertainment wasn't an issue. Plenty of parking onsite and the laundry facilities are good. There's no onsite food options, although there's fast food a few hundred metres away. Housekeeping is hit and miss, might be okay for a short stay, but I was there for a month and frequently had to go to reception to ask for coffee refills, toilet paper, water etc. and room wasn't cleaned....
