'It was clean'

'Breakfast was excellent. Multiple options. Staff kept the food fresh.'

'For staying there for 7 nights we only had service once for our room and we were suppose to have it every other day and no one emptied our garbage for the whole week. I was really disappointed with the cleaning service.'

'Room was very clean. Staff was friendly. My only issue was the room didn't have a microwave.'

'I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

'Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking.'

'Room was very clean. Mattress and pillows were superb. Great staff and property.'

'It was comfortable and quiet. The bed was amazing. The hostess at the front desk was very nice and helpful. It was a great stay.'

'Towels are pretty old, missing pillow case it took all day before we got one, nobody came to clean the room while we were out'

'Bedding had several burns and the mattress was broken. Almost rolled out of bed. Other than that, it would have been a pretty good place to stay.'

'I paid for this room and due to a police report that took place 2 weeks prior on the 11th or 12th they told me my room I paid for was unavailable I still have not received my refund hopefully it gets resolved it's been over 3 weeks'
