Communication with the owner was great and he made sure we had everything we needed. The boat house is great with two lifts and was perfect to keep our boat in. The boat ramp is very close to property and we love waterfront grocery that is nearby as well. Highly recommend this house to anyone. »

« The views were amazing from the back deck. There was occasional road noise from the valley below but you could not hear it from inside the house. We took a small telescope and had great views of Jupiter and its moons as well as our moon itself. Had a great trip to Cloudland Canyon as well as the hang gliding launch point, Point Park and downtown Chattanooga with great food and drink.Enjoyed out stay »

« Very nice , very well equipped house next to the Tennessee River. Including two BBQ grills and smoker. House is in a small very quiet area 5 minutes from Scottsboro. »

« The owners are great people the digital lock malfunctioned and the owner was there as quick as he could be. The house inside is awesome the bed was so good I’m buying that mattress. Back porch is so awesome. Hot tub is really great. Nice owners. Interesting place to visit »
