When you first arrive, you will find parking for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway area. The main house, The Cottage, welcomes you with a covered porch that is filled with comfy chairs. After a long drive to the beach, you can sit back, relax, and soak in the scenery. Walk inside and you are greeted by the living room area, complete with Flat Screen Cable TV, a comfortable sofa that doubles as a Queen Sleeper, and a cozy corner chair. Step through to the kitchen side of the property and you will be blown away by the bright, festive, and beachy decor. The antique retro furniture in the sitting area invites you to grab a book and relax while the chef in the family whips up a fantastic meal in the newly renovated Kitchen. Complete with all your major appliances as well as your basic cooking utensil needs, they will feel like a Master Chef in no time! The convertible dining room table has seating for 6 with additional seating at the bar for 2. There is also a large family picnic table out front where you can enjoy your meal while soaking up the Island atmosphere.

Down the hall on the left is the first bedroom which offers a Queen bed, a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a Flat Screen TV with cable. This adorable peachy room is perfect for the kiddos to pile in together. Just down the hall on the same side, you will find the first full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is located at the end of the hall and offers a Pyramid Bunk Bed and Flat Screen TV with cable service. Back out in the hall, to your left, you will find the Laundry Room, which offers a full-size stackable washer and dryer. This room also gives access to the second full bath with a stand-up shower.

The second half of this property is an adorable studio apartment which is located just outside the back door of the cottage. There is a backyard area, an enclosed Beach Shower, and a rocking chair patio that separates the two buildings. This makes “The Roost” the perfect mother-in-law suite, or tucked-away oasis for members of your party to have their own space. Inside you are greeted with festive surf decor. The living room offers a cozy couch that converts to a sleeper sofa. Across the room, you will find a fantastic full Kitchen, dining area, and the Flat Screen Cable TV. A stunning divider separates the Queen bedroom area from the main living space. For those of you who are creative and need a safe space to write or those who need a place to set up your Laptop to stay connected while you are in town, there is a corner desk with a lamp. The Large full bathroom has tons of space with a shower/ tub combo and full-size washer and dryer.

The backyard offers a secluded sitting area with chairs, games, and a small fire pit so you and yours can sit out and enjoy our fantastic coastal weather. The recently renovated shed has been turned into an outdoor oasis! "The Summering Place" as we like to call it offers renters an enclosed heated and cooled hang-out area separate from the main house. The owner has stocked this little nest so guests can hang out and relax or cozy up and enjoy cocktails while listening to the music coming from the Trailer Bar or Tortuga's Nest.
