'Communication with the property manager was excellent—very responsive and accommodating with early check-in and late check-out.Unfortunately, the house did not meet expectations or match the listing. The sofa bed is not a pull-out bed and is not comfortable enough to sleep on, so the home cannot truly accommodate 8 guests as advertised. We had to purchase an 80 air mattress at the last minute.Cleanliness was poor. We found used soaps with hair, heavily used toiletries, and men’s underwear inside...
