Very happy with our stay. Even though it was only 1 night. Had dinner at the hotel was nice. Would stay again. Highly recommend. Nothing bad to report about the property. Plenty of shops nearby

We loved the layout of the rooms and especially enjoyed the little outdoors area attached to each room. Would definitely recommend to orhers that this is a very pleasurable place to stay.

Stay if you’re desperate, otherwise keep driving
So incredibly noisy with people coming and going at all hours of the night. Every time a tap was turned on the plumbing noise was almost deafening. Room was mostly clean except for the carpet.

Reception was closed and there was no clear indication that check in was done from other side. To get a taxi was also a challenge from the hotel to the airport..the room even didn’t have a phone, in order to have a chat with one of the hotel staffs regarding taxi, you had to walk all the way to the tab area..no smooth check in and check out !!!

Stayed here on the first night in Tasmania. Great first stop before heading up north. Easy to find in our rental car and not far from the airport on easy back roads. Very comfortable stay.

Everything was good, can I suggest some type of blind over the main dòor as the exterior security lights flood in, we used a towel.

Very clean and modern, comfortable large bed. What I didn't like was the aircon was noisy and smelt funny. The entrance door was frosted glass so the outside lights shone in. I had to hang a blanket up on the door to block the light as it was annoying. You couldn't open the windows to let in airflow so you have to rely on the aircon. There was no hairdryer from what I could see. There is nothing in the area decent to eat. It was ok for us as it was one night stop.

superior family room is fantastic, roomy and clean. Best family room I have ever stayed. However there is NO Wifi but Telstra mobile reception is pretty good there. Some Air conditioning could be quite loud.

Clean and well priced.
Clean and excellent for good priced overnight stop. 30min out of Hobart but if you want a cheap clean and very neat stay this was a pleasing surprise.

The property was excellent, but I had called the day before to see if we could get one out of our 2 rooms at 12pm and was told by the lovely young lady on the phone that she would make a note for the cleaners to clean and have ready one of the rooms by then. This didnt happen and we were trying to get ready for a wedding and then left the room so that they could do the room. We were rushed as we had to be at the wedding at 2.30pm. Seems like a lack of communication for sure.

We got to the room at midnight. The room was filled with a ridiculous amount of bugs flying and crawling around. Landing on us and our pillows, so we had no choice but to find alternate accomodation and leave at 1:30am, first time in my life I have done so.

Great place to stay
Great place to stay, clean, tidy, friendly staff. Easy to check in out of hours. Local bakery right next door and IGA a few minutes walk away. Great value for money.

Would of liked to have been greeted with a smile instead of a grunt on arrival. It was like I was putting her out for being there. Also reception was closed when we went to book out (understandable as it was public holiday) but how hard is it to put a notice on the door to inform people. 3 people turned up at the same time to no service. Apart from poor reception the rest of our stay was fabulous. Clean, comfortable rooms and lovely friendly staff in the actual hotel where we ate. Shame one of them didn’t work in reception.
