'This is a nice home in a very peace full quiet area. The large front porch was the best part for us because it looked over a large yard with hummingbirds, butterflies, and deer, in addition to distant views of Seneca Lake. The location is rural but still an easy drive to Watkin's Glen, Geneva, multiple wineries, creameries, and Farmer's Markets. Well stocked kitchen with lots of supplies for cooking and cleaning. Our dog loved running free in the yard and taking walks on the lane behind the...

'Clean and cozy! We struggled with some of the "smart house" style features, but that was fun once we figured it out. A couple of the features didn't work. Owner was very responsive to questions and helpful. With cleaning fees and so forth it was pricey for the one night we stayed, a longer stay would balance that out.'

'Great location and clean place. Family loved our experiences on the dock, s'mores, and the hot tub. The host was helpful and quick to respond. Our family could manage the steps to the Lake (140 steps), but might be a challenge for others. Overall, our family enjoyed the stay and memories.'

'We arrived to a power outage which was no fault to FLX. FLX was respnosive to all of my emails and the house was nice with a good enough location for our use. It was clean and well stocked with towels and stuff like paper towels and toilet paper - i rent a-lot of houses and this is surprisingly rare. I would rent again.'

'Everything about our stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Finger Lakes. The house is spacious and very clean, with beautiful lake views from many windows. The hosts, Annie and Gary, were very accommodating and communicative, letting us check in early due to a snow storm that came through and checking the next morning to see if we needed a plow. The location is great, near many of the breweries we wanted to visit on this trip, with good food nearby as...

'The property is beautiful with a gorgeous view of Seneca Lake. The property needs some tlc - the towels were provided but very poor quality. No body wash was in dispensers in showers. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a mouse or mice on the first floor. We would have enjoyed more if that wasn’t occurring.First floor bedrooms were not very clean, spiders.'

Waterloo

'House was clean, host was great and communicates promptly. The area is central to lots of activities, however it should be noted this house is right on the busiest road in town. I was traveling with a boat and trailer, it was extremely dangerous/impossible to back in other than in the middle of the night. Host was accommodating providing off site place to park the boat to avoid this. 3’ fence in the backyard is great for keeping smaller dogs in.'
