B&B in Hill Country State Natural Area

'The office staff was very kind, and we appreciated their hospitality. Unfortunately, our experience around the pool was disappointing. We thought we needed wristbands to swim, so we were simply sitting by the pool and talking when a staff member in a golf cart approached us and rudely told us to leave. Even after we showed him our room key, his attitude became even more unpleasant. We booked this trip hoping for a relaxing getaway, especially since I am recovering from a total knee replacement...

'Person next to me had a dog that barked all night. Management just said sorry. I checked out a day early because I did not want to stay there. When I asked about a refund for the day I was told to take it up with Expedia. No breakfast and my coffee pot did not work.'

'We only stayed for one night, but I imagine it's fun to stay longer to enjoy the facilities. The cabins are nice and comfortable, the view from the porch is not very exciting. The grounds are spacious.'
