'My husband & I had a great week away staying at Orchard House. We couldn’t fault anything. Check in & communication/response was excellent. We arrived on a hot afternoon & the air conditioning had been put on for our arrival which was really appreciated. The house was a magnificent home away from home & very well appointed. It was perfectly clean & well maintained. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to beautiful Beechworth. A'

'We will be back, nice and quiet, relaxing and beautiful wildlife that you get to experience thank you'

'Warm, comfortable and excellent communication with the host manager.'

'Everything was great except the ambiance was ruined by the constant noise of traffic on the nearby Highway - day and night….'

'It was perfect for our few days away with our dog, to day trip around the area and surrounding towns. The polished concrete floors were a fantastic surface for our dog to walk on and to keep clean, also the yard areas were dog secure. It left us feeling a little uncomfortable and detracted from an otherwise lovely...

'Absolutely perfect - clean, secluded, comfy, felt like home, inviting. We will be back. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of Australia xx'

'We had a great stay thank-you. Perfect'

'The property was well located for the bus to Hotham & bars & shops in Dinner Plain. I recommend signage for the chalet & the parking be made clearer, especially for those arriving at night. Bunk bed mattresses could have been more comfortable. The airing/drying room for ski gear was not ventilated, which was a problem when drying boots & clothes. Otherwise, a good warm space after a day skiing. I would rent again if the drying room was ventilated!'

'Lovely Property with the accommodation in the heart of all the animals. It was feeding time upon arrival, and it was a delight to see the farm animals enjoying a good feed. '
