'We enjoyed our stay. We stayed for a week. We did not rent a car and were fine without one. We could walk to a nearby plaza where there were restaurants and a grocery store. 'In general the property was quite nice. Rooms are spacious if somewhat run down (they were doing some renovations though so that might be solved soon). It is in a nice location by the ocean and the bar/restaurant was very enjoyable with good staff. The pool is somewhat small but acceptable, the private lagoon somewhat makes up for this though (it is also a great place to try out your snorkel before going into the ocean). 'We stayed in the Dolphin room; a convenient and clean room with outdoor shower. When showering in the evening you can see a sky with stars. Dragonfly ranch is an unique place with a nice, even spiritual, vibe. The staff is very welcoming. For the light sleepers; the frogs are really loud. One of us used earplugs which were provided. Breakfast was tasty. Overall we would recommend this lovely place.'

'Room was 241 was horrible. When asked the owner to correct the issues They just accused us of insane things and ignored us. We paid to move respond. Expedia only reimbursed 1/2 because owner said they addressed it even though they didn’t. We had many pictures showing issues and zero attempt was made to correct it. Will we be use Expedia gain '

'Dan was a great host and the breakfast each morning was amazing. It felt like we were in actual Hawaii and not just another tourist hotel. he also showed us around the property and took extra time sharing about Kona coffee and gave us some delicious fruit right off the tree. '

'Mostly very clean, except sliding glass doors. Would have cleaned myself but no cleaning materials on site. Wanted to love this place.
