« Une nuitée dans un pub/resto/hôtel typique au sein d'un petit village dans la campagne de Hertfordshire sur la A41 Personnel très accueillant, souriant et serviable. La chambre = tout à fait correcte. Lits confortables, plateau bouilloire: café, thé et biscuits - appréciable car le pub ne propose pas de petit déjeuner. Dîner le soir au pub - un fish and chips délicieux très (trop!) bien servi = plus de place pour le dessert (sticky toffee pudding... dommage!). Wifi que dans le pub même, pas...

« Bon service et belle résidence confortable et bien équipée. Le seul souci est la salle de bains partagée, ce qui n'était pas très clair ou que j'ai dû manquer lors de la réservation. Heureusement l'ambiance était bonne avec les autres occupants »

« We felt that the room was not cleaned properly, we found hairs on the bedding and in the bathroom, more attention needed, the room was light and airy, basic provisions of fridge, shared bathroom although we didn’t see any other guests when we stayed. »

« What a con someone took £60 from my account for a place that had been boarded up for about 6 months. Luckily I found somewhere else to stay. »

« Firstly there was no parking. Its not 'The White House' its no 23 on a very busy noisy road. Single room but so small there was only one way to put the bed. No curtains, no smoke alarm, 3 way plug for tv, (very basic), microwave and fridge (not PAT tested) no local info in the room - dont think i would go there again, sorry »

« At 10pm arrival in the area told by company that my room had been double booked even after a phone call in the afternoon confirming the room slept in car as other hotels fully booked. Dreadful service »

« Die Wohnung war super alles sauber nur leider sehr weit von London central entfernt und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nicht so gut. Sonst war die Wohnung toll. »

« Bed was in a conservatory with heating that did not work, after being informed, the manager did absolutely nothing to rectify and ended up booking another hotel in the area. »
