We had a really lovely stay and would definitely return. The resort was excellent, with several pools, beautiful grounds and a great location right by the beach. Our room was spacious, cleaned daily and very comfortable. There were plenty of places to get food throughout the day and the food was varied, although generally just okay.
The facilities were very good, with a well-equipped gym, spa and beauty salon. There are quite a few stairs around the resort, although alternatives are available. Some floors are slippery. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell during our stay and hurt my wrist, so this is worth being mindful of.
The staff really made the experience. The restaurant staff were mostly amazing, especially Rafaela, Charis at Reception was wonderful, and the customer experience team were fantastic and very helpful.
The only other issue was the bus service into town. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but I think it is something they should look into with the bus company. We were told the bus would bring us back to the hotel, but on our first trip we were dropped in the middle of nowhere and, with no taxis available, had to walk around 40 minutes. Reception were unable to assist when we asked for help. On the second occasion, the driver stopped around 15 minutes from the hotel, saying he didn't want to go further, despite us being told we'd be taken all the way back.
Despite these issues, we had a great stay. I would recommend the resort and would happily return.
