'The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. '

'My wife and I stayed here for our weekend in DC. The place was about 20 minutes from the National Mall depending on traffic and stop lights. It's not the nicest part of DC but it's not terrible. Check in was pretty smooth except we didn't have a keypad code on the app so we had to message the host, but he responded quickly and we were able to get in the house easily. The place was just as expected. It was clean and a good place to stay for the price. The only thing we found odd was the bathroom...

'We thought this was a great VRBO. Our organization was in town for an event for over a week and we found it easy to get in and out of DC from this location. The VRBO itself was clean and had most of what we needed available when we arrived.'

'This was a comfortable b&b we stayed at with our kids and my brothers family. They had amenities for babies and kids we appreciated and was walking distance to a park, and driving distance to the DC activities. It is in a super cute and safe neighborhood. Would book again!'

"Very helpful and kind staff, when I mentioned that the information about the airport shuttle wasn't correct online, the lady at the front desk offered to co.pensate for the confusion by giving us a breakfast voucher. The breakfast was amazing and her gesture was appreciated. The proxi.ity to the Ronald Reagan airport was also a big plus. After a long trip it was a short ride tp the hotel. All in all, a good experience and I would stay here again. "
