'Het hotel is een beetje uit de tijd, we kregen een kamer in het oude gedeelte door een wirre war van gangen trappen en trapjes. In de kamer was een badkuip alhoewel ik bij de bestelling een douche gevraagd had. Voor 50 £ per nacht kreeg ik een veel grotere kamer met grote badkamer met badkuip en kleine douche van 70x70 cm waarin je je onmogelijk kon bukken. Het kraanwerk warm of koud was zeer oubollig en nauwelijks te regelen.Aan de douche hing een gordijn wat vies aanvoelt. We mochten wel...

We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals, which were served promptly after ordering. Room was nice, clean and had everything you might need. Breakfast was substantial and very nice. Off road parking at the rear. Overall a great value stop, I'd definitely recommend'

'A last minute booking at this small out of the way historic inn. It was busy at the bar where we checked in so a short wait. Room was basic but well appointed, bed super comfy, shower was hot, tea and coffee in room. Self serve continental breakfast in a dining room was great. Food in the restaurant was amazing and beautifully presented. Set in a small town with adjoining farmland. Close the Hampton Court Castle and gardens.'
