Although there are other houses nearby, the house is cleverly positioned to provide privacy and to take advantage of the north aspect and garden views from the lounge room and large outdoor decks. The lovely native garden invited visits from wildlife, including kangaroos, cockatoos and even a peacock one morning. The house has easy street access and Hepburn Springs is a short drive away, so it was no trouble to go out...
