« We really enjoyed our overnight stay at West Lodge. We had a tranquil garden room so there was no outside noise at all. We also enjoyed being one of two couples in the dining room. Upon ringing the bell the owner arrived promptly and took our orders for cooked breakfast. It soon arrived and was of excellent quality. We will definitely book again if we are in the locality. »

« Very nice place ! The room is very clean and confortable. A kettle is waiting for us, with some coffee and tea, the bed is always clean, the room is very sweety.The staff is welcoming, and the food is good. A lovely place to stay ! »

« Lovely place with great location right on the river and easy short walk in to town . Would definetrly return and recommend. If i was being picky the room and bathroom were quite tight but that didnt really bother us personsally. Easy free parking always a good thing so no.complaints from us. »

« the staff, food and cleanliness are what makes this property worth the stay. The food was excellent quality, the rooms were super clean, its easy to get into oxford from there and the above all else the staff went above and beyond. Wonderful stay and would go again if visiting oxford thank you »

« We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed. We needed to check in before the official time of 4.30 to get changed for the wedding and wouldn't be back at the guesthouse until after midnight. I called ahead of our stay to confirm this was OK and...
