'Everything was falling apart. Water was coming up through the floor. We couldn’t use one bedroom because the door and frame were falling off and had to be removed. We had to tighten screws and bolts on the tables. Everything outside is overgrown including trees growing in the gutters. The list is long. '

'Didn't receive check in instructions until 15 minutes prior to arrival (had asked for them well beforehand). Upon arrival the home was still being cleaned and continued well after our arrival - with just adequate results. The Sauna was not operative throughout our stay. The pool was not used, as it was not heated. The Pool Table was OK but the corner pockets were dislocated from the table and the table was located too close to one wall where you could not play a shot on that side of the...
