'My two boys and I were in town for a basketball tournament. The night before I looked online to book a room and booked here. So thankful I did! Every single staff member I interacted with was super friendly! Front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast staff- everyone was amazing! The hotel isn't new, but it was well maintained and clean. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked perfectly!'

'It was very clean. The main problem was that I paid thru Expefia and even after explaining this at check out, they charged my card after I left. I called and was told it would take 3-4 days for it to be credited. They wrote very rude about this issue.'

'Room was good. Bathroom was tiny. Rugs in room were old and had many stains. Same with carpets in hall. The other Hilton we stayed at in NJ had no carpet. Their bathroom was huge so 2 people could be in it at once. This one barely fit one person'

'This hotel is a new property. The rooms are very well appointed with a full size refrigerator, kcup coffee maker, and ccok top stove. The gym is also well equipped with cardio machines, full rack of free weights, and a weight machine. Mr Charles and his staff were very kind and friendly. Always greeting me and speaking as I came and went. I felt safe in the parking lot and building as I was traveling alone. I will be booking this properly in the future for my stays. 'When I arrived at the property, I noticed a group of adults and children gathered outside. I didn’t think much of it and proceeded inside to check in. The front desk clerk was pleasant and got me checked in quickly. 'The room was disgusting. I took photos to show exactly why I’ve said so. My partner nearly fell down because the toilet seat was broken. The front curtains were barely attached. The window sill was filled with dirt and dead insects. The bed mattress squeaked and we both fell into the middle of the bed. The pillows were little more than pancakes. 'Parking was easy. The kitchen had enough stuff in it but when I opened a cupboard a couple of bugs scooted off. Same in the bathroom cupboard - bugs in there too. The extractor fan in the bathroom was ridiculously noisy. The beds were ok and looked fairly clean.'

'The 2 bedroom I booked was extremely outdated with furniture probably 50 years old or more. Carpets were dirty and ripped in several placed. I spent $250. For the condition of the room I greatly overplayed. They should not rent it again unless they do a complete renovation of the unit including every room. Marriott Bonvoy is supposed to be the best of Marriott. I was a Marriott timeshare owner for 10 years. This was by far the worst Marriott I have ever stayed in.'
