' Place was extremely dirty. Layers of dirt, dust and bugs. No WiFi or service available inside. The washer and dryer promised were not available for use. Host was very slow/not responsive. No central AC. Front door lock does not work. Low privacy bc of open glass door with no curtains. Very little amenities provide; few dirty towels. Only pro is location on north shore. For the price at minimum place should be clean. '

'We just stayed at this property in April. The property is even better in person and immaculately clean. There is snorkel gear which we used nearly every day at Kuilima Cove where we saw beautiful reef fish, eels and an octopus! 'This is a beautiful house in a gated community. The views are phenomenal. Nearly every day there was a rainbow along the mountain ridge. Excellent hosts who were very helpful, quick to respond to questions and also provided great suggestions (Thanks for the farmers market suggestion!). "Hotel wordt aangeprezen als 5 sterren. Naar mijn mening is het hotel amper 3 sterren waard. 4 liften beschikbaar voor alle kamers, waardoor de wachttijd zeer lang is, schimmel in de kamer op de plafonds, badkamer veel te klein, feest tijdens ons verblijf van de U.S. Navy, hierdoor veel overlast van dronken gasten die voor de uitgang alles onder spuugde en constant aan het roken waren op de balkons en aan het schreeuwen waren vanaf de balkons. Bij uitcheck wordt er door het personeel niet eens gevraagd hoe het verblijf is geweest, hoort naar mijn mening toch wel in een 5 sterren hotel. Ligging van het hotel is geweldig, enigste pluspunt "
