'Lovely boutique hotel in one of the safests parts of town and minutes away from the airport. The room was impeccable and the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and clean with a rain shower. I was really impressed by the customer service, everyone at the front desk was so attentive, welcoming, professional and polite. I enjoyed the traditional Guatemalan breakfast. This place is worthwhile. '

'This is a great little hotel in the center of downtown. The Palace, history museum, central market and relief map are all within walking distance. Contrary to other reviews: credit cards accepted (with tap to pay). Has hot water showers (takes a while to get to shower head). Great common areas to hang out in. The top deck is great. Super secure, outside location, electric inside gate, then room door. The owner Luis is a great help also '
