Blokhutten in Haumoana

'Probably the worst motel we have stayed in in NZ, in recent years. Would strongly advise to avoid! It’s dirty, and cold, horrible beds, and no service other than towels replaced. Days with rubbish not removed, floors not hovered all week! Air con wasn’t working until my husband cleaned it! Items broken such a cracked light switches, and drawers broken. Mold in both the bathrooms, and hairs under the sink area from previous guests other in our group had complained but nothing changed! Just...

'Great staff kind cearing and helpfull. Always checking in to make sure we had evrything we need and to make sure we were enjoying our stay . Great rooms Very clean and very modern. bed was nice and big and comfortable. Tv was good had plenty of channels Will deffanantly stay here again when we are next in hastings . Thank you to the lovely lady at the lavana motel who goes above and beyond for her guest.'
