The Space:

The main floor centers on a large eat-in kitchen with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and seating for the whole group - this is where everyone ends up. The living area connects directly, so the cook never misses the conversation.



Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 a queen, Bedroom 3 two doubles (great for kids), and Bedroom 4 a queen plus two singles. Each of the 3 full bathrooms is stocked with fresh towels. Bedroom Location: Bedroom 1 is conveniently located on the main floor, while all other bedrooms are located upstairs.



Out back, the fenced-in pool is the star—surrounded by a large yard with a play area for kids. The driveway offers ample parking for multiple vehicles, including space suitable for larger vehicles or RVs (no hookups available).



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the home by keypad entry.

Despite its peaceful atmosphere, you’re still close to everything you might need. Annapolis is just a short drive away, with Washington, D.C. and Baltimore also easily accessible for day trips. The Chesapeake Bay is nearby as well, offering opportunities for boating, waterfront dining, and outdoor activities.

-Only pets below 50lbs allowed at $100 per pet, maximum 2.

-All cars should all remain in the driveway.

-Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request and subject to availability.

One hour may be offered complimentary when possible.

Additional time is available for a fee:

• Early check-in before 3:00 PM – $50 (must be arranged in advance)

• Late check-out after 12:00 PM – $50 (must be arranged in advance)

-Pool access will be unavailable starting at the end of September.

-Small charcoal and propane grill BBQ available for guests' use.

-Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property; if any evidence of smoking is found that requires additional cleaning or remediation, the associated costs will be charged to the responsible party.
