« The property was just perfect! It was a girls' trip for 2 of us. The condo was set up perfectly so we each had our own space. We picked up groceries and had mimosas and bagels on the balcony over looking the ocean every morning. We went out exploring during the day and ate charcuterie and wine on the balcony every night. We were able to watch the fireworks from our balcony on the 4th of July. We also watched movies when we got home in the evening and it was great that we could access...

« The place is quite small but just what we needed for a quick getaway. Very clean and comfortable. Check in was easy once we realized we were at the correct place. Outside pictures would have made this a bit easier. A short walk to the beach. Easy driving to area attractions and restaurants. Overall a nice location and place to stay. »

« Very cute & clean studio size cottage with private patio in Dennis Port! Location is wonderful as you have plenty of beaches, restaurants, and shops within walking or very short driving distance. The cottage was the perfect size for my boyfriend & I. The property owner Neill was always easily available to communicate with & we were allowed to check-in early which was great!! Overall, a perfect cottage & great stay for the two of us! »

« Heather was super sweet and easy to communicate with and the place was just as it showed online. Great location with a parking spot. We loved being able to walk through the town. We had a wedding at Chatham Bars Inn and this location worked well for us. We still drove to the wedding but couldn’t walked if we needed to. »

« We had a fabulous stay. Waking up to the view of the ocean every morning was awesome. Being able to walk 20 steps to the beach was fantastic. »

« We enjoyed the condo very much. The layout worked great for us. It was very clean and comfortable and the location was great. It could use a facelift and a tv in the bedroom but aside from that it was great. »

« SUCH a cute place! Loved renting here. Centrally located to Harwich, Orleans and Chatham. Decorated beautifully and Ted the owner stopped in on the first day to make sure I was all set. I really appreciated the bedroom window AC and the floor unit I could set up in the main area as well as the brand new washer/dryer since I was traveling with a 4 mo infant. Would definitely rent again! »
