Hôtel près de Harvey Community Center (Chicago)

« Séjour de deux nuits pour visiter la ville de Chicago. Petit déjeuner inclus pas très élaboré mais correct. Déplacement vers la ville prend environ 45 minutes en raison du trafic mais je ferais le même choix considérant le prix des hôtels dans la ville même et ce malgré le prix du stationnement (42$ US pour la journée près de la tour Willis) »

« Firstly, there was no sign for comfort inn and number provided in the email was from quality inn not for comfort inn. We got the number from another comfort inn hotel for the location where we go and nobody answered the phone. Room was ok… AC is not working properly. Staff was not able to answer anything »

« Déjeuner soussice pas cuite et oeuf bizzard faut demander il remplise rien ( pain et yogourt en trautre )tele de l office trop fort et celle de mon voisin de chambre plancher de la chambre salle on avais les pieds noir si on marchais trop en sortants de la douche »

« Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed »

« Overall an okay stay, dirty floors but the bed felt great. We booked because they had a breakfast buffet available. I came down to get some and bring it up to my sleeping boyfriend, and at the elevator two female staff stopped me and said "You're not allowed to bring breakfast up. Other people are asking because of you" which is such a weird and rude way to phrase it... they never told me this rule at check in, if it was written anywhere I missed it clearly. « After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. »
