'The photos do not do this place justice. It is perfect for a couples getaway and the view is breathtaking. Very close to town and things you may want to explore. 20 min to Pigeon Forge. Very comfortable and hidden away so can enjoy your peace and quiet! Hosts made it easy to checkin and check-out.'

'The Rustic Mountain Retreat is a small, cute cabin with an amazing view off the deck. My husband and I went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and it was perfect for the two of us. The hot tub isn’t super private as there is the Wilderness cabin drive rite by the fire pit for this cabin, but it still feels private enough. 'My boyfriend, myself and our dog had the absolute best time here!! We loved the view from the hot tub, the cozy fireplace inside for a more relaxing evening or the outdoor fire pit to roast marshmallows and hot dogs! We cannot wait to make another trip back! The boat dock is quite the walk from the cabin so if a person brought their golf cart that would be ideal. '

'The cabin was adorable. Please keep in mind it is a tiny cabin, so it is very small. If you are a taller person you may struggle with the loft area. I am 5 foot 2 and had no trouble, my husband is 5 foot 10 and he couldn't sit up fully on the bed. This is not a negative on the cabin itself, it is just the nature of the type of cabin and something to keep in mind. Also remember you are in the mountains. The driveway/ road to the cabin is steep and you may have trouble driving up the hill unless...

'Loved the stay! My spouse was a little concerned in the morning when we woke up the door was unlocked, is that from like a timer or something? She has anxiety and it messed with her and hearing all of the creaky sounds at night she didnt get much sleep then waking up to the front door dead bolt being unlocked was a little unsettling. Overall a beautiful home and a great stay, will be back again!'

'It was a great cabin, plenty of room. The TV's in the bedrooms were out dated and not all had DVD players. The AC upstairs did not work properly. For the price i paid, i thought the organization of the kitchen was terrible. It was misc. Pots and pans. The counters were dirty when we arrived.'
