'Great clean room, owners were lovely and a short walk to local restsurants. '

'Tidy 2 bedroom apartment (17B) in a good condition. Parking was secure. No lift so had to carry bags upstairs. Minimal supplies (toilet paper, soap, dishwashing liquid and dish soap, 1 towel per person) but all available at a cost at reception. Really great location to get out and about. Heated pool could have been warmer. Would definitely stay there again - budget friendly accommodation and reflected in price.'

'I used to live in the area, so everything was familiar and comfortable. The service was great, the staff were friendly and helpful. Hopefully I can book in again for my next trip to the Gold Coast as it definitely was value for money 👌'

'This resort is stunning, you immediately felt valued and welcomed by staff, they open your door, took your bags and took care of everything! Then the front desk didn't fail too, refreshing welcome drink and txt alert when room was ready, room had stunning views!'

'Hard to beat the location of this premises. So convenient to everything. The only downside is perhaps the complicated car parking arrangements which is exacerbated by the partial pedestrianisation of The Esplanade, which created access delays.'

'We were greeted in a very nice manner. The room however was outdated and there was a strange noise outside the room. When we complained about this we had an upgrade and that room was much nicer. Never book the cheapest room. We’ve enjoyed our stay but never had a 5-star feeling. Some staff were excellent but others had no idea how to treat a customer. When our room was cleaned the Versace pillows were thrown on the floor. There was an extra sheet laying on my suitcase??? and the curtains were...
