'Mooie hotel, uitgebreide ontbijt. Maar er is niets in buurt, je moet altijd verplaatsen met een taxi en dat is wat minder gemakkelijk . '

'Prima hotel op de uitvalsweg richting ijsfestival en sneeuwpark. Mooi uitzicht over de rivier, ook 's-nachts. Alleen wel ruim een half uur wandelen naar het gezellige stadscentrum; gelukkig ook te bereiken met taxi onder de 20 RMB maar een taxi voor de terugweg vinden was lastiger.'

'The service that the staff in the restaurants provided was exceptional. There was some confusion at check in and check-out time - 5 am - but that was eventually sorted.'

'Very good location that offers plenty of shopping, dining options. The hotel and the rooms are luxurious and the service is great. One of the downside was that non-smoking floors still smells like cigarette with ash treys at the elevator hall. Also the swimming pool is not serviced by the hotel and other residents of the building can use it. Swimming cap was also required which the hotel did not inform us.'
