« nous sommes arrivés dans cet hotel et nous avons appris sur place au check in que la piscine etait fermée, que le petit dejeuner etait un sac à emporter dans sa chambre et pas de reseau internet ( wi fi quasi inexistant ). le casino restaurant à coté etait fermé (le resto n'ouvrait que pour manger jusqu'a 18h30 !). il parait qu'Expedia aurait dû m'envoyer un mail me prevenant de tout cela , si je l'avais eu j'aurais annulé cet hotel perdu au milieu de nul part ou tout etait fermé .. bref nous...

« The view of the Klamath river was beautiful, we sat on the porch in the rocking chairs and it was very pleasant. The lobby living room area is very welcoming and spacious with coffee and tea available all day/night. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We probably had the smallest room in the place (Room 15) so the only note would be that there was no place to leave our luggage out, we had to take out what we needed and put the luggage in the closet....
