Oh what a disappointing experience. Would NOT recommend and WILL NOT come back here.. They have ZERO understanding of what Hospitality means or what it takes to be in the hospitality industry
Positives:
- Booked this hotel primarily because of a water view…
- the rooms are decent but not worth the colossal price being charged for them
- the view from the room was good, of the lake opposite
- The bell boys and the guards are very kind and helpful
Negatives:
- My shower door got stuck and i could not even open the shower door. Couldn’t reach the phone and was afraid that i’d break the door if i pushed too hard. Took me a good half hour to somehow finagle myself little by little.
- The worst part was that when i went to the reception and told them about what happened and that they need to get this fixed before someone else has the same experience, the person at the reception, her name was ‘Tu Le’.. she started laughing and mocking me. No apologies were given, not a single sorry from them.. was just made fun of… maybe it’s a language barrier but this hasn’t happened in any of my travels
- Everything at the hotel is overpriced. Just walk a little but around and there are lots of places to eat, coffee, ATM and convenience stores
- You get 2 small little packets of powdered milk, maybe a few teabags and coffee and that is IT ! Good luck trying to make a decent cup of coffee or tea in the room
- The rim of the toilet water hasn’t been cleaned in AGES from the looks of it
