Do not trust Expedia or this place. This is a huge money grab and a greedy hotel. The cost you are paying is OUTRAGEOUS for what you are getting. The room is TINY- a family of four can barely move around, they are outdated and dirty, the pools are overflowing with people as they sell day passes for $10!!!!!! There is no resort of private feeling what so ever. The lady with the purple hair at the towel station is a hateful, rude individual who shouldn’t be working in the public especially at a resort where families spend thousands to enjoy time with their family. They say your resort fee covers “beach/pool” towels but GOD FORBID you ask for one… first day we were given tiny, thin cloths to use and told they aren’t for the beach, second day we had to fight for towels and our final day NONE were available. Breakfast buffet is not worth the money at all. It is the same free buffet you could get at a 2-3 star hotel.. the hotel is extremely run down and smells awful in a lot of places. Some of the staff were very nice, but don’t ask for a refund on anything bc they will lie and send you in circles. Extremely disappointing. Not as advertised. Dirty. Price gouging. The rooms by the pool are also so noisy we got no sleep at all and they have these speakers going all night with noises that are blaring loud. Cleaning team is up screaming in front of your doors around 7AM waking everyone up.
