'The room was quite small, had no coffeemachine. Breakfast was ok but not special. Cleaning the room was not done tilll 4 pm. We did not feel we stayed in a 4+ hotel. '

'On arrival, the hosts had not received a notification from Bookabatch so we had to pay them ( Hosts ) cash for the two nights!
