'Goede service en prachtige kamer. '

'It started badly when, upon entering the room, there was a smell of cigarette smoke. Clearly, the room should have been decommissioned until it could be properly cleaned and fumigated. As the property operates on an automated basis (the key is retrieved from a key safe with a code supplied by email), there was no receptionist on duty. Luckily, we managed to find a helpful cleaner who was still on the premises, who was able to arrange for an alternative room. Although better, the room did not...

'Not comfortable for three people, no space at all, third bed was a army bed.'

'The property was a mixture of good and bad. We stayed at Prosper House a few years ago and we liked it. It seems to have got quite worn since then. The halls are quite scruffy, carpet stained, rubbish in the corners. Now to the accommodation. The sofa and beds are comfortable. The linens were clean. But the sofa was stained. The floors didnt seem clean, my socks were black. There was mould in the bathroom due to the fact that the fan is so rattly everyone must turn it off at hearing the awful...

'I WOULD JUST PREFER TO FIND MORE EASYLY BUT I CANT FAULT THE PROPERTY'

'Lovely characterful property in à quiet but central location. Very clean, tea, coffee, oil, salt and pepper for cooking in the kitchen.Heat wave while we were there but the property was not too hot considering.Great food recommendations in the accommodation brochure'

'Stayed for a festival out at Earlham Park. Did not have a vehicle, buses to from Norwich and the Uni are quite convenient. Walked most days. 1 mile to Earlham, 2 miles to Norwich. The location was perfect for our needs. Plenty of bedroom space, kitchen was clean and well appointed. Common living space is a little sparce, but we spent little time outside of sleeping, so not an issue in the least. 15 minutes by Uber to the airport. There's a Tesco and a Food Coop a short walk through the...

'Great location. Easy walk into the city centre. A couple of bars directly outside so a bit of noise until closing time. However we were out so it didn't effect our stay. The apartment is a bit tired and could do with new csrpets and a refresh. But a great bolthole for q city break. One full bathroom and an ensuite with shower. Made it perfect for 2 couples. Would highly recommend '

'I recently stayed here with my two children and this was the first time we have stayed in an apartment instead of a hotel. The communication from Jamie was highly responsive and he answered all of my questions promptly. Our initial impression of the property is that it was very clean, the fridge was immaculate and bedding very clean plus there is a washing machine, which made life easier with my two messy eaters. It is surprisingly quiet despite being so close to the train station and a local...

'Extremely helpful host who went out of their way to assist with queries prior to booking. Excellent communication with quick responses both before and during stay ensuring we were kept updated on all relevant information. I would certainly recommend Luis without hesitation. The property was exactly as described and located in a good quiet area of the city centre whilst having quick and easy access to local resources in regards entertainment, shops, restaurants etc. Very happy our choice of both...
