« The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central »

« Cheap and cheerful, so fine for one night in central Norwich at half the price of the Travelodge across the road. Room and bed were fine, though the double glazing needs updating and the bathroom needs upgrading and cleaning. Entrance is via a buzzer door on right of Nightclub below. Fortunately club wasn’t open midweek otherwise it would probably be very noisy. The outside street was very noisy and rowdy until about 1am. Overall it was very fair and affordable. »

Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room.
