'We had a truly delightful stay. The space was generous, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a spacious living and dining area. 'The cottage has everything a family needs but the communications around check-in was very poor and hotels.com's customer service was unwilling to provide any assistance. I would have thought some level of quality control helped justify hotels.com's commission. Either way, the cottage is managed by the building next door and this is where you need to go to collect the key. '
