When we arrived there were some things that needed attention (the coffee beans were low and not sufficient, one marshmallow bag was left open, the ping pong balls were all damaged, and there was not dish soap to fill the dispenser), but the owner was very communicative and quickly resolved issues. 'First when we arrived, we were greeted by several insects right when you opened the door. There were ants and centipedes around the house and it likely needs sprayed for insects. They were on the floor, walls, bathroom, in the lights, etc. mainly on the first floor. The floor was very clearly not vacuumed and the living room carpet looked like the floor of a frat house. The door to the laundry room was initially closed and when we opened it the room was very hot and steamy. We pulled the dryer...
