'Great stay, it’s a bit hidden but felt very private. Accommodations were made with toothbrushes, hair brush, cotton swabs and towels. I would double check on the instruction provided my room was on the 5th floor, and instruction indicated to get off 4th floor. Other than that I had an excellent stay and would recommend.'

'初めての民泊利用だったのでチェックインが不安でしたが、細かくメールも来て、詳しい案内も来たので問題なく利用できました！
防音トビラ付きの部屋がありカラオケが出来たり、部屋も清潔で快適に過ごせました。
歯ブラシだけアメニティが無いので、持参必要です。
近くに飲食店やコンビニもあり、便利でした。
都内と思えないほど静かでした。お勧めです！'

'The room was cozy and had all of the necessities one needs. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood. The Nakai station is a few minutes walking distance. Not bad for the price.'

'Great location, park across the road is great for kids to get some energy out. Lots of restaurants & amenity close by and only a 10 minute walk to the centre of Shinjuku.
The rooms are a bit tired (marks on the walls, the duvet covers don’t fit properly and you can see that the bedding under is very yellowed, pillows not great.
There is no reception at the property, which was fine for us.'

'Clean room, location was a 10minute walk away from Shinjuku station and convenience stores within 5 minutes of location. Check in and check out process very easy. Will come back again.'

'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'
