'Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.'

'They were still doing renovations while we were there. So they had no bar or anything to eat at the hotel they didn’t even have a microwave in the room to heat any food up that you would have brought back to the room. And I believe someone stole a very important necklace from my room '

'The place was great - close to beach & restaurants. Quiet area and clean. Staff was nice - got back w me within mins. Property was very nice, renovated recently seems like. The hot water was warm, not hot. Comforts of a home away from home. The only issue was the noise throughout the day and night due to water being pumped up again and again. Lasted for about 1-2 mins then stop then a few more times throughout the night. Sounded like a loud garage door opening or closing. I would stay there...

'The facility was in great condition. Pools were ideal for both adults and our grandchildren. A good choice of eating locations plus super friendly and efficient staff.'

'Pros: Area is great, there is a bodega across the street and a must try food truck next door, 20 minute walk from escambron beach and old San Juan. Staff was mostly friendly. Pool is open 24 hrs. Parking lot is large and easily accessible. Cons: Incredibly limited in-room facilities, no microwave and no hair dryer. You have to walk half a block away to get into a building where you can use a microwave. Good luck getting a hot shower, on demand water heater rapidly changes from boiling hot water...
