« My family of 4 plus mother in law enjoyed 3 great nights at this home over the 4th of July. The house has 5 large bedrooms, which were perfect for our group. In contrast to other places we’ve stayed, the thoughtful hosts provided fans in each room and plenty of towels. Check in was a breeze. And the location is fantastic! The running water from the creek and river and all the area birds provided a relaxing backdrop. The house has a great location - close to Gunnison and an easy drive up to CB....

« Large place that was perfect for a few days as our base camp! »

« The townhome was beautiful and exceeded our expectations! The location is just a short 10 minute drive into town but feels secluded from others. Everything was very well stocked to make for a comfortable visit. Andy was quick to communicate and we had no issues pop up. We were a bit skeptical since the listing is newer and does not have reviews quite yet, but the home was even better than the photos did it justice. Would recommend to anyone looking for a home base for their Crested Butte...

« Great stay close to all the trails. This also allowed just enough closeness to downtown CB but with some quiet time. It was also close to a playground so the kiddos loved that. Will definitely be back. »

« We stayed at this house for a long weekend and it was perfect! The house is about halfway from Gunnison and Crested Butte and the bus stops are right outside the house to make going to each town very convenient. The house was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen/pantry. We will definitely book again! »

« We booked this property last minute (1-2 days before arriving). The booking process, check-in and basically everything went smooth. Condo was clean, basics were provided (coffee, spices, trash bags, etc.), everything was as pictured. The only changes I would’ve liked to see added to the property are non-sheer curtains in the living area, blinds or curtains for the small window in the living area, and maybe a small TV in the bedroom (given the layout I understand that it would probably only...
