'I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. 'The place was quiet, very clean and cozy. It had all the necessities of home. My only suggestion would be to put a dead bolt locked on the door my wife loved the place but the door was an issue with her, she didn't feel safe '

'Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation.'

'I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location. '
