This unique two-story three-bedroom, 2 1/2-bath cottage (villa) offers over 1,700 square feet of living space and a spacious porch.

You’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with breakfast counter, refrigerator with ice maker, granite countertops, microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Just off the living room is a large screened back porch with plenty of outdoor seating.

In addition to the main living areas, there are three bedrooms. The master suite has a large master bath with a garden tub, a separate glass-enclosed shower and a double vanity. Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms and one full bath. Other features include a ½ bath adjacent to the living area, vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and lots of storage areas.
