'Todo muy bien y el personal muy atento'

'Love this place'

'The staff is amazing'

'The location and the property were amazing! The one issue we had with housekeeping was corrected immediately! The front desk staff and the bar and restaurant staff were some of the best!!'

'Like I mentioned before amenities the fact they were offering breakfast and dinner totally amazing the only think was the cleanliness of the room, I found at lot of dust in the room, for example by fixtures, tables legs and dresser where TV was located and around the corner more than nothing by the beds, dust built-up can bring a lot of spiderweb.'

'This was one of my better experiences at a hotel! The staff was so friendly and the location was perfect! The room and entire property was extremely clean! I will for sure be staying here during all my future San Antonio trips!!'

'Hotel is ok in general, location is great, restaurant is good, terras is super. Check-in went fast but totally wrong. Suddenly there were other guests in my room, double booked. Then my room card was not working anymore. Booked 3 rooms, all 3 rooms overcharged by 100usd. At the end they fixed all the issues but had to go to reception multiple times. Elevators are a hell, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes to get an elevator. The staff is very nice and helpfull but some finetuning is...

'Our stay at The Monarch San Antonio during the Day of the Dead parade weekend was disappointing, especially for the price. Check-in was painfully slow, with only one employee working despite the busy weekend. Dining was concerning because there was no allergen menu. With a serious tree nut allergy, simply being told food contains no nuts isn’t reassuring. Proper allergy precautions matter. At the bar, we waited 45 minutes while being repeatedly overlooked as guests arriving after us were...

'The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and the staff was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay again!'

'Nice balcony that's shared which you can't see in pics. Bed is firm but comfortable. Room is really small but just right if you using it to sleep in for 2 people. It's an older building but was very pleasant to stay in and seems to be really well insulated, the only sound you hear is if someone from the next room is going in or out their door.'

'Kevin the host was amazing. He greeted us and gave us the history of the building and surroundings. It was an easy walk to EVERYTHING! Best time ever. '
