'We had a great time at Lazy Tiki. Philippe and Juliana welcomed us warmly and made our stay comfortable. The place is quiet and relaxing. The pool is nice and refreshing. We had a wonderful, hearty breakfast prepared by Philippe and Juliana. We are very grateful. Would love to come visit again in the future. I told my family and friends. Philippe is such a great host and so as Juliana keeping up the place. Thanks again!!!'

'Beautiful place and amazing staff, but lots of ants in the room - in the toilet, on the desk, on the bed. Only espresso cups available in the room, no proper coffee cups. Thin walls. We can hear people laughing outside and in the next room. Bed sheets were dirty as well.'

'We had a wonderful staycation & we even extended our stay because the hotel is very convenient with easy access to SM mall. The location was perfect, downtown is walking distance with public transportation readily available. We had everything we needed right there. Rooms & hallways were clean with very attentive staff. The front service desk staff are exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable & very helpful. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Highly recommended & hope to be back again next year. '

'No signs leading to SM mall. Sidewalk is not appropriate bc it has a tight curve among cars. There is a proper walkway but there is no signage and no way a guest could find it. There was a minor earthquake and floor was swaying. There were no alerts or warnings for guests on upper floors. None of the staff were aware. '

'Simple pension house conveniently located to two shopping areas, 7-11s, fast food, and local eateries. Been going there for at least 12 yrs. and not changing soon.'
