'The rooms are unfortunately not worthy of a 5-star rating. However, the rest of the hotel certainly is! We arrived in the evening and were given a room on the ground floor. As mentioned in previous reviews, the bathroom ceiling was moldy. Water was leaking from the apartments above into our bathroom. The next day, we requested a different room. After a lot of insistence, we finally got another room at the end of the day. They acted as if they had never heard of the leakage before… Instead of...

'It’s a simple hotel but the service and the food are great. The check in as the check out went fast. The crowd are tourists and also locals. Cozy pools and funny entertainment. We watched FIFA football on a big screen. They have a sportsbar and a cozy nightclub. Good value! If you are looking for a good affordable hotel this is the one in Juan Dolio. If you are looking for luxury than stay in another place. But this was perfect for us just 35 minutes from SDQ airport. We are a family of 5. We...

'me and my wife spent 10 days in februari 2013 at plaza real resort without any real problems or complains. nice pool with good food and service, friendly staff everywhere, good security, beautifull beach with entrance across the street, ac in bedroom, free wifi with reasonable speed in the room, supermarket and italian baker around the corner, exeptional value for the money, juan dolio for the rest is quiet and a real touristic spot without a nightlife.'

'Nightmare Rental Experience in Marbella: Left Stranded with No Refund After months of planning my Marbella vacation, I arrived at what should have been a perfect beachside apartment only to find myself locked out with no way to enter. The owner was completely unreachable - all calls went to voicemail and messages through the booking platform, emails, and texts went unanswered. After waiting two hours in the scorching sun with my luggage, I was forced to book a last-minute hotel at premium rates....

'Personeel was fantastisch. Weinig tourist voor ons een echte vakantie!!'

'I waited over 1 hr near the door and no one came to the door or answered my WhatsApp text. They finally messaged me after I was 45 min away staying they was traveling or something like that. I've stayed here 2 times prior. And I had 2 minor issues. They took a while the last time to respond back but I was only waiting for about 15 min to get in. Previously someone was at the counter. Not these last 2 times. They also attempted to put me on a room that was a lower accommodation than I...

'Very good'

'Excellent property, one of the best I’ve been to so far. Beautiful, great pool, attentive personnel, the house has everything you need. Would be great to include some amenities such as golf tour or something else, but great experience'

'Prices in the restaurant were slightly higher, out of my budget.'
