'Room, was clean all the time but the bathroom need better clean on the toilet and shower. Have some mold in the corner. But the room service was amazing. Kid friendly all the way, love Mis sandra and Eilyn take care amd damce with my 2 toddlers, rodolfo the captain for the buffet was incredible friendly and the team its very attentive. The staff is the key of this place. They make the vacations amazing.'

'Staff were great overall! check-in process excellent and fast! Pool area, Beach and Ocean view Stunning! The apartment didn’t feel or smell clean when we arrived . Kitchen cooking pots were old and rusty. Oven and microwave were dirty and oven was old and rusty. Both bathrooms had the sink and shower drains clogged. 'me and my wife spent 10 days in februari 2013 at plaza real resort without any real problems or complains. nice pool with good food and service, friendly staff everywhere, good security, beautifull beach with entrance across the street, ac in bedroom, free wifi with reasonable speed in the room, supermarket and italian baker around the corner, exeptional value for the money, juan dolio for the rest is quiet and a real touristic spot without a nightlife.'
