'Great spot just across from Hagat Marina and a stretch of swimmable/snorkelable beach with a park. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and everything was clean and well-kept. It could sleep 10 bed-wise but the living space would probably be most comfortable for 4-6. Great showers! We took advantage of a kayak and paddleboard for the sunsets. The owner was friendly and available for any questions or concerns. Every room had a quiet, effective mini-split A/C and they worked really well. Fast WiFi....

'静かな住宅地の中にあります。 建物の周りで放し飼いにされているニワトリが親子でのんびりと餌をついばんでいます。 近くにはグアム日本人学校があります。 街の中心からは離れているのでレンタカーを利用しないと移動は困難です。 とは言ってもグアム自体が小さな島なので10分から15分ほどで近くのビーチ、スーパーマーケットやショッピングモールに行くことができます。 空港からも10分くらいです。 徒歩圏内に飲食店はないので朝食などは自炊をするといいでしょう。 調理器具や食器、基本的な調味料は置いてありました。 グアムの生活を楽しみたい人にはぴったりだと思います。'
