Sleeping arrangements

The apartment accommodates up to four guests across two bedrooms, each with a comfortable bed and a calm space to wind down after a day in the city. Room-darkening shades help you ease into restful nights, and clothing storage with hangers and a closet keeps your stay organised and clutter-free. Soft bed linens are provided so you can arrive and settle in without a second thought.

 

Living and comfort

The living area is set up for easy downtime - stream your favourite content on the TV or stay connected via Wifi. Two full bathrooms serve the apartment well for groups or couples travelling together, and hot water is always on hand. A keypad at the door means self check-in is smooth and straightforward, with no need to coordinate key handovers. A private entrance gives you full independence as you come and go, and the elevator - with a doorway at least 32 inches wide and a cabin at least 52 inches deep - makes moving through the building effortless.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen is stocked for real cooking, not just reheating. You'll find a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, and a full set of dishes and silverware ready to use. Mandatory garbage disposal:

All garbage must be placed exclusively in the garbage chute (shut) located in the service stairwells.

It is strictly forbidden to leave garbage bags in the aisles.

Garbage Disposal Requirements:

Garbage must be contained in garbage bags, preferably double.

Large objects or glass bottles must not be thrown into the garbage chute. These should be deposited directly in the dumpster located in Basement 1.

Liability for damage:

Any person causing damage to the trash chute will be responsible for repair costs. Failure to comply with this obligation may result in penalties.

Instructions for rentals through platforms such as Airbnb:

For apartments renting through these platforms, we ask that you instruct your guests on these provisions to avoid mishaps.

We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining order and cleanliness in our facilities.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



There are no parking spaces.



Guests staying with us for more than 2 nights will be allowed to access the pool. For shorter stays, only the gym is available, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Check-in is done at the lobby. Prior to your arrival, we will send you information with your access code to the door, as it is equipped with an electronic lock.



Our staff can welcome you between 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time, please contact your host).



Check-out is at 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



*The check-in time for same-day reservations will be from 6:00 pm onwards.

To ensure a 5-star stay, please consider the following information



Dear guest, at the end of your visit, please make sure to leave the access cards inside the apartment. Your help is essential for us, thank you very much!



The cleaning fee covers pre- and post-stay cleaning; it does not include any cleaning or laundry services during your stay.



The displayed nightly rate is the base price, which includes 1 to 4* guests. For additional guests, there will be an extra cost of approximately $15* USD per person per night.



The accommodation has a capacity of 4, as indicated in the listing. Please note that Airbnb does not count children and infants within the capacity, but the condo does. When booking, include the exact number of guests, including adults, children, and infants.



-Guests are not allowed.



-Pets are not allowed.



-Linen changes are not provided during the stay.



-Provided amenities are for a single-night stay.



-Basic kitchen utensils are tools, not consumables.



-The grill is available upon request with 24 hours' notice.

-Maintenance and administration of common areas in the condo are not managed by Del Mar Boutique Accommodation.



-It's important to note that due to ongoing development in Guadalajara, there may be construction near the condos, leading to daytime noise.
